Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
T-shirts are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

3. Process for Returns

• Contact us at returns@thesnazzy.online with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, send the product back using a tracked courier service.
• After inspection, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, the standard return policy applies.
